All announcement procedures required for our Company's 2025 Ordinary General Assembly Meeting, scheduled to be held on Monday, 8 June 2026 at 11:00 at the Safir Meeting Hall, Centrum İş Merkezi A.Ş., Aydınevler Mahallesi, Sanayi Caddesi, Centrum Plaza A Blok No:3/Z01, Maltepe, Istanbul, were completed. However, the meeting could not be convened on that date because the required quorum was not achieved.
