Regarding the agreement for the sale of shares in our subsidiary, Metrobil Teknoloji A.Ş.
On September 16, 2026, our Company signed an agreement for the sale of all of the shares we hold in our subsidiary Metrobil Teknoloji A.Ş., representing 75% of the company’s share capital, to Mehmet Horasan, who owns the remaining 25% of the company’s shares, for a total consideration of TL 95,000,000.
